I am writing this letter as both a thank you and as a reference for anyone who may be deciding to use your services for their home. I want to first thank you for the amazing job you did on our home. We love the additional and it has provided much more spae for our family.

I also want to commend you on the service you provided. Beginning with our initial meeting, you were so professional listening to what we wanted and provided ways in which we could accomplish our goal. It was so helpful that you had an architect on staff who could provide the drawings. That saved a lot of time and money plus I knew that you two could work closely together as he was a part of your staff.

The workmanship of Joe, Bob, Chet, Zef and Randy as well as your subcontractors was exemplary. They showed up every day at 7:30 a.m. and worked consistently until 4:30 p.m. Brett and I would joke at how punctual they were and I personally think that that is unique in the contracting world! They also were very curteous and kind to my family and to “the interference in our life”. They were so unintrusive but also kept us informed in the daily progress of the job. Because of their attention to schedule and competent workmanship, the job was completed two days before the promised date which again doesn’t ever seem to occur.

It was also helpful to have Lucille as a go to person when I had questions for you. She was timely in her responses and thorough in her answers. Everyone was so helpful and made the whole process so great to have.

I am greatly appreciative and couldn’t have asked for a better situation. After getting several quotes, your pricing was fair and provided us an opportunity to have the addition done. What we received far exceeded the amount of money we paid. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and hope that I can show my gratitude by spreading your name.

Larry Robinson and Sons completed a two story renovation to our home in March of 2008. We decided to expand our kitchen into the space that was once our garage and build a 4th bedroom on top of the new section of kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they had done and have received many compliments from family and friends over the past year.

Larry’s team was extremely professional and dependable at all stages of the construction process. It started with Larry coming out to the house to discuss the plans in 2007 and ended with final inspection in March 2008.

Dear Larry and Staff,

Finally, I’ve found some time to sit down and write you this letter of thanks. Beth and I are so pleased with you and your company. Everything that you have done here to our house over this past year has made our house a home. Your professionalism really made our renovation process a pleasure and painless.

For someone like myself, who has no experience with home renovations, I felt at ease putting my trust in you and your carpenters. Bob and Zeph’s eye for detail and thoroughness are above standard. Because of their work ethic and friendly attitudes, it made it a pleasure having them work in our home. For weeks after the completion of the work, without prompting, Nathan would thank God for Mr. Bob and Mr. Zeph while saying his prayers.

It’s really nice to be able to talk to someone on the other end of the phone when calling your number. Lucille was always pleasant and very professional. Her ability to guide me through the process of our renovation was exceptional.

Larry, I’m so impressed with your ability to juggle all the subs and to always have something getting done all the time. There was never a day that there wasn’t someone at my house working on something (between both the addition and the living room). Finishing a job on time, and having a job well done, I believe, puts your company at the top of the list. That’s again for putting up with me at times. I’m truly sorry if I caused you any grief. Your gentle spirit and ability to help the customer to see things clearly are really appreciated.

We built a three story addition in the fall of 2008. After hearing so many contractor horror stores, we were apprehensive about taking on a project of this magnitude, especially because we ere going to be living in the house with our four small children during the construction.

We are thrilled with the finished product and amazed that the process was so FAST, and seamless. Our job was completely finished (down to the paint touch-ups) in only 10 weeks. Larry’s speed was amazing – the crew was here EVERY day, all day. I can honestly say that with NO exceptions everyone on the job was excellent – not just because they did great work, but because they were so easy to have in and around the house.

We would recommend Larry without reservation, for a project of any size.

After speaking with several contractors, I hired Larry Robinson & Sons to build an addition on my home. This addition was an upstairs dormer that included a full bathroom, laundry room, and walk-in closet.

Larry delivered what he promised – quality work, absolutely on schedule, and the price he quoted was the price of the job. The completed addition was better than I had hoped. When I contacted Larry’s office to report some minor fixes that needed to be completed – they were done.

The word “contractor” usually conjures up war stories and some rolling of the eyes. Not so with Larry Robinson – he’s reliable and delivers what’s promised for a fair price.

Our Process of Success

  1. The schedule is done and given to you the homeowner for your own references.
  2. Work starts according to the schedule which includes preparing the home for construction with protection as necessary based on each project, scope of work, and parts of the home involved in the project.
  3. Contact information for Larry Robinson will be provided for clients to contact with any questions, concerns, changes or comments. Included will be the foreman’s cell # for easy access during the day.
  4. Weekly appointments are available for meeting with our project manager in order to go over the project.
  5. Changes to schedule are updated and given to the homeowner as major changes arrive.
  6. Some things to expect while in the process of the project:
    • Dust will be getting throughout the home even though protection is being used to protect from the majority of the dust.
    • The jobsite will be picked up and relatively clean each day.
  7. Larry Robinson & Sons thrive for perfection in all of their projects, but due to the construction industry and the materials used perfection is not always attainable.
